Providing information about the various support services available to University of Idaho students is essential for their success in your class. Your online course must provide links to technical help and academic support, such as library resources and student support centers.

As a solution, try adding a link to our DEE Student Resources page, which provides a comprehensive list of all required support services. We keep the site updated, so you don’t have to worry about broken links. A list of Resources on the right shows all the various student support websites. You can also use the support services links available in our Syllabus Checklist.

Be sure to include support for required software & hardware your students might need, such as:

  • Adobe Reader is free and is used to view Printable PDF (Portable Document Files)
  • Headset Mic (Optional, for Collaborate or Skype)
  • High-speed Internet Connection
